Clay murders another woman and leaves his signature-he cuts off her eyelids. Another woman, Katie Lawrence missing and her blood is on the murder victim. Mac is up against the clock trying to catch Clay before he kills Katie. Motive: Serial killers don't need motives Caught because: Basically, the murder victim's cell phone record is cross-referenced with a location of one of Dobson's firms. Apprehended by: Mac. Best bad-guy moment: Early in the investigation, he hypothetically explains to Mac why he would cut the eyelids off of someone. Where have we seen this actor before?
