All true! :DHH is an amazing actor,and I just love Hawkes. I felt so bad for him,when I heard he lost everything... I read something about Hawkes losing everything due to the crisis,but actually seeing it w as terrible. I hope he goes back on his feet soon... And in the meantime,he's got the best possible friends a person can ever have. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"All true! :DI always think CSI:NY is excellent at introducing real-world situations into their plotlines. There are a lot of people in the world who lost everything in the wake of the global recession, and I hope if there was anyone watching the show that had a similar experience, they would know they're not alone. I think it was particularly moving to see Hawkes admit that he made a mistake because we usually know him to be so brilliant and perfect--I think he truly became a real person on the show last night. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I agree! I've always loved Hawkes and his personality is amazing. He's very smart and intelligent and at the same time he's very kind-hearted. I loved the insight of Hawkes also, and it was such a powerful scene when we find out about his money issues. Hill Harper himself is a good actor I have to say, also. It's awesome how he's the magna *** laude in Brown University :D

i didnt know that =p i loved hawkes from my start of CSI:New York & it was good to see an epi more about Hawkes because he often get's a bit...over-shadowed i mean Mac & Stella are the man characters, danny's been rehabbing& theres Dantana to keep us going, there has been alot of Flack's behaviour after th death of Angell so it's nice to change subject for a bit :)

i have seen this episode on monday, and its was a good episode and hill did a good job there, you almost believe it what happened to him what he say and the shocked face of mac when he is telling that. and Gary and Hill on the escape stairs wow great action.
