I like to think that it was Lindsay who came in and shot Casey.I don't think they would shoot Danny two seasons in a row. Do you find this valuable? |

Have been reading lots of posts/threads on this topic. Lots of opinions out there, including: it was all a nightmare Danny was having (did ya see the way his eyes suddenly popped open, besides there's now way Casey could have survived that fall), Lindsay shot Casey (mama bear mode), Mac/Flack shot Casey through the window (cause they figured out he was still alive and going after the Messers).

It could also be that danny or lindsay gets shot and casey kidnappes Lucy or its a dream like you said....

i was trying to explain the situation to my non-csi loving friends in a way they would understand and they all thought that lindsay shot casey. i hope she did. it would be sad if they killed off one of them. when i saw the advert for season 5 and saw that danny was shot i started crying thinking he was going to die.
