Carmine and Vanessa Aren't Actually Wed?

I was looking up somethings GH (General Hospital) and found this artical saying that one of Vanessa's co-stars is saying she and Carmine aren't actually married. they are married, that tv.com article was posted on 8/22/10. plus why would they give carmine a new wedding band to wear while playing danny that just happened to be after carmine and vanessa got married, and lastely i follow hill harper on twitter and he tweeted saying, " yes my friend and brother did tie the knot and the reception was beautiful!" ( His words not mine)
